What you are gonna need:
1. A CR2016 battery
2. A small vibrator (try to remove from some old cell phone)
3. Copper wire

The rest is pretty much just copy what is here.

Note: Place the battery with the positive side down, lying over the two wires you will cross under the ring and DO NOT weld the battery to them (you will eventually need to replace it).
